Photographer’s Note

Hello,
This morning, spring was awaken with the sun shinning and no cloud in the sky. So I decided to have a tour in my town to take some pictures. I particularly enjoy this one with the reflection of the bridge in the river.

On the backgroud is the hospital which will be soon the ex-hospital of the city as they are building a new one in the suburb.

A beautiful symmetrical composition that takes full advantage of the lovely shimmering reflections and that beautiful light. I like the point of view and framing. Very good colours and sharpness.

You have achieved good sharpness and clarity with this shot, the soft neutral colours are really pleasing and a wonderful capture of the reflection of the city and bridge in the river. Well done.

Hi Nicolas

Flipping through pictures I suddenly saw your shot of the Seine where I used to spend a lot of time more then 30 years ago. I still remember walking around there, sitting in the small bistros for some coffee or red wine. It's a very nice capture with the reflection of the bridge in the water. The morning sun adds a soft light to the buildings. Great DOF and lovely colors. Well done
