Photographer’s Note
Sat by the street side watching life go by in Bangkok, I saw this lady painting the steel frame with a galvanising paint, the cat slowly came forward to see what was going on, what the cat was interested in I have no idea but it made an interesting picture.

Mike: I like the story unravelling i your still frame here - an expression from your other paticipant would've been even better. c

Hello mike. The curious cat. I like this kind of photos. Actually the motive shows only one everyday life scene. But the combination of worker, cat, motorcycle etc. is in the best way. Thank you for this realistic and beautiful photo. Best regards, Wolfgang.

Hi Mike!
The curiosity of the cat really caught my eye here!We just can imagine why he was so interested in that hole on the ground. Very spontaneous but very well captured. A good daily scene!!

Hi Mike,
Curious for the cat but curious for me too! I like seeing such shots, where a capture a second either side wouldn't fulfil the intrigue. Yes - it would have been grand to see the cat looking straight up at the guy working, but it's stance suggests that the slightest of notice would have been the call to scarper.
Nicely timed, Casper

Hello Mike,
Funny and interesting shot. I didn't know that a cat take an interest in such a repair work. Nice capture of an attractive moment. Thanks for sharing.
Best wishes, Hisashi

Hi, Funny picture, the cat seems very interested what is going on. But the cats are very curious. The cat looks a bit like siamese, in fact in Thailand (earlier siam) shold be mainly siameses, but I haven't seen any when I was there. But almost all cats had something with their tail. i asked many people what is the reason, is it genetic, or cut, but no one could tell me. Do you know something about it?

Hi Mike
A "classic" street photo. There is nice hidden communication behind. A slice from life, and there is a secret under the street which makes a good metaphor.
Best wishes
Frank
