Photographer’s Note
I've taken this shot from the Burj Al Arab in Helicopter about 400m heights which is not far away from the buildings height: 321m.
Translated the name means Tower of the Arabs and the hotel is located in Jumeirah Beach where you can also find the Jumeirah Beach and the Madinat Jumeirah hotels.
The water is fantastic for swimming in the beach but it's not good for diving as everything was overthrown with sand.

Hi Edouard,
Like this i've seen this famous building never before, thanks for uploading because it's gives a complete new and interesting pov to it. the road leading towards it looks great, just as the colours, rich and deep.
Maybe my eyes fool me, but is there a small tilt in the image?
Anyway, looks great from the helicopter pov....

Henk

It is an amazing building, a prove that the petrodollars still works, but I usually ask to my self about what is going to happen when the gas is over.
About the picture, this is a different POV of the building, here looks closer to the beach.
Best regards Edouard.

Nice wide capture Edouard with cool shades and hues, I like the way you have the entire building in the frame. I am sorry I couldn't write earlier since I was travelling.

Hello,
It is the first time I saw this point of view to present this tower. On an other hand, as it is taken from an helicopter, it is normal.
This building is very nice and well designed. The town just close shares with us the huge size of the tower.
Yves.

A remarkable building and a very good composition. Spectacular is just the word! fine intense colours in spite of the haze. curious how there is no separation between sky and sea.
how did you find the social atmosphere?
An excellent work.

Hallo Edouard!

Hello Edouard,
this is unbelieveble !
I had never seen it before. It looks like a toy !
I don't know what to say about it. It looks to me like a horrible object. Something like "what can be done with money ".
Very interesting anyway
