Photographer’s Note
It has been quite a while that I had stopped posting pictures on TE...got a bit busy with life. But its great to be back.
Sherabathang is the nearest village to Nathula Pass on the Indian side. After trade relations between India and China has resumed through Nathula Pass this village is at the centre of all the hustle and bustle. This is the place where the goods from China first arrive and are wholesaled. But the village slips in to sleep and mist very early and only the faint reverberations of the day gone by linger in the dense cold air.
This was taken at 4:00 pm on our way back from Nathula.

Hi jaydeep, Nice misty effect , I like the point of view and composition, the foreground is a bit dark though and the details not obvious so might have been better to overexpose a bit to bring this out, regards,Manoj

Jaydeep, good evening.
Good picture, I like the atmosphere, the feeling of damp and wonder at what weather the new day will bring, it would be nice to have the same view taken after the sun came up.
All the best

I am not exactly sure whether i like this picture or not. Its so dark, cluttered and so sad. It transports me to some movie with a sad/disappointing end. I will give you one point for capturing it (the sadness) though.
