In some parts of the region, the size of turban indicates the position of the person in the society they live

Hi Patrick,
I wonder why f7.1? I think f2.8 would do perfect here because you are not that close and it removes even more from that busy background. You are not that close to him, so that should work, now it's a bit unstable in the background.
But the man looks very intriging, very photogenic and aboslute worth a real portrait with his great red turban. But maybe this was just a quick one, maybe he was not pleased at all, who knows....

Hi Patrick!
Beautiful clarity on this one! He has quite the style, yet in subtle tones, with the exception of the turban of course, which he is wearing at an angle! I am wondering about the pink scarf, because the Brahmins who were so fond of pestering me in Pushkar wore these? Ah memories. Lovely framing with this one, and you worked well with the difficult light....his penetrating gaze is still coming through! Great work as always! Cheers,

Superbe portrait de cet homme aux habits colorés ... et à la magnifique moustache ! Le cadrage est impeccable, la lumière très belle et la mise au point bien réussi. Tu aurais peut-être pu ouvrir un peu plus pour rendre l'arrière-plan encore plus flou.
