Photographer’s Note
Earache, toothache, headache and stomach ache. This properly a TL shot – but these four small statues can be seen in many homes and shops here in Denmark – and hence I feel its all right to post here as well.
How did I get to inspiration to post – well I'm not feeling too well :–( better get back to bed.
Second note - In Denmark theres a long tradition for producing various figures (small statues) made of porcelain (china). Two of the oldest factories called "Bing og Grøndal" and the other "Royal Copenhagen" - It seems none of these have a homepage (strange) - but I found some information here. Many collects these figures as well, as plates for Christmass - but it seems younger people lack the interest, so the factories having problems in the last years - May be I should add - these figures are not mine.

I've never seen them before. What is the history of "the 4 aches" as a group of figures? Technically beautiful. Maybe could have been more harsh, due to the subject matter, but you present them very delicately, considering the porcelain. :o)
Hope you feel better soon.

Beautiful ornaments, Jeppe. I like the texture of them and how the light reflects off them. I might have cropped directly around them and had them enlarged to show greater detail and a more 'black' background. Interesting note.

Figures in this very good composition, I remarqued the quality of the reflection that gives two interesting directions of this picture.
Well done

The way you present it with your note definitely makes this one TE material, Jeppe. The shiny figures and the light reflections on them look very attractive, and given the seemingly limited options you really found a creative framing with including part of the circular mirror. Good shot.
Hope you'll get well soon.

What I find most interesting is the way you placed them in a row in front of a mirror, and in the mirror it looks as if they standing in two lines. Quite an unusual composition - especially from you. But glad to see you try out new tricks. God bedring.
