I saw your photos from Portugal and I must say that this one is not at all the best. The sun is too strong and its light does not let me see what is below. In my opinion, full sun shots must be only taken when we can look at the sun without any problem, which means the sun has to be just above the horizon.
Also, a note is ALWAYS important.

Wow, I am almost blinded by the light! I think too much sun takes the beauty out of it.
