Esta é, para mim, a melhor das tuas fotos sobre este lindo forte. É curioso como o líquen tomou conta das pedras e faz como que uma pintura muito bonita. O contraste entre as cores do forte e as do céu é excelente e o uso da vegetação para fazer o enquadramento foi muito bem pensado.

Hi Jorge. Creative POV which accentuates the structure and the purpose for which the fort was built. it seems to be saying- we are stronger than you and we are here to stay. Great colour scheme with the rich ochres and the blue of the sky.The sunlit leaves above are a nice touch which softens the image a little. Regards. Klaudio.

Olá Jorge!
Esta está demais! O ponto de vista baixo e a composição foram muito bem pensadas e dentre as três que vi, acho que essa acabou ficando em 1º lugar!!! A luminosidade, a nitidez e as cores estão um espetáculo! Esse céu está se contrastando maravilhosamente com a construção e sua cor "alaranjada" e o verde da vegetação! Aquelas pedronas à direita, também completam a beleza da imagem!

Sem dúvida a melhor foto deste bonito forte!

Hoje são escolhidas/apresentadas as Sete Maravilhas de Origem Portuguesa no Mundo. Na lista dos "nomeados" está a Colónia do Sacramento no Uruguai. Parece-me que podia estar também este Fortim de São Miguel, mas a imensa maioria dos portugueses desconhece-o (como eu até ver as tuas fotos).

Una gran POV para la foto de este fuerte, es sin duda la mejor de la serie, desde este angulo se ve poderoso, me gusta el efecto de la rama recortandose en el cielo por cierto precioso, muy buen color y definicion. Enhorabuena.

I like the point of view here, adding dynamic lines to the old fortification!
Deep rich colours and the fine veil of clouds adds beauty...
I wonder, when Portuguese build forts back then was that to protect themselves against the native people?

Olá Jorge,
after watching your beautiful captures of this place I think that this one is my favourite. I like your upwards view to the orange corner and the good color contrast with the blue sky in the background. Due to your fine perspective, the fortress appears bigger than it actually is. The branches in the foreground create good depth to the image. Really a nice place and perfectly arranged by you and your camera. I like it a lot.
