J aime bien l utilisation du canal pour amener le regard vers le moulin et surtout le tres beau dessin des nuages dans le ciel.

Das ist kein Foto - das ist ein Gemälde, ein unglaublich schönes Gemälde! Dieser Himmel ist einfach nur wunderschön und die Landschaft mit der Mühle wird fast zur "Zugabe". Ein Foto zum staunen - einfach toll!

This picture is worthwhile seeing just because of this magnificent sky! But, the lower part of it is no less beautiful or attractive! The windmill, the canal and all this vegetation are a great contrast with the sky above and together they create such an awesome image!

No wonder he is always somewhere else than Groningen, flat and boring indeed, however them skies are awesome, not as good as the Aotearoa, but still impressive. Excellent compo and colours Didier, very well done.

Hello Didier,

Un ciel qui prend toute son importance dans cette image.
La rivière amène agréablement le regard sur le moulin et les couleurs sont superbes, surtout ce vert !
Un brin d'excès de sharpening mais ça passe.

un paysage néerlandais comme on se l'imagine avec ses canaux, ses moulins et ses champs.
la lumière est superbe et le ciel particulièrement expressif.
ce paysage agréable donne envie de promener en vélo le long du canal.

C'est vraiment splendide avec les couleurs qui claquent. J'adore la forme des nuages, l'équilibre entre l'arbre et le moulin et le reflet. Au moins il y a toi pour nous proposer des images de Groningen depuis le départ du local.

superbes couleurs pour cette compo très aérée. Les nuages dans le ciel apportent beaucoup de dynamisme à ce moulin placé pile poil où il faut. J'aime beaucoup.

Superbe photo ! Le cadrage est très équilibré avec l'horizon positionné au tiers et qui donne une belle place à ce ciel de rêve pour la photo ! J'aime bien l'utilisation de la rivière pour guider le regard vers le moulin à vent. Magnifiques couleurs grâce à l'utilisation du polarisant.

Magnifique! La lumière est extraordinaire de même que ta compo qui oppose les lignes droites du canal et de la rangée d'arbres avec les méandres des nuages dans le ciel.

wo-oow, what a sky... who do I have to bribe to have a sky like that every time I decide to take my camera for a walk? :)) great shot, Didier, the windmill is just in the right place in the frame, and I love the fact that you have left so much space for the sky. I'm sure Henk is quite happy with this version of his flat and boring country, lol :)

Ta photo est très belle, mais c'est surtout ta note qui me touche.
J'espère que Henk l'a lue. Ce n'est pas ça qui le fera revenir, mais je suis sûre qu'il appréciera l'exploit.
Tu as bénéficié d'un ciel magnifique.
L'année prochaine, on va photographier les champs de tulipes, n'oublie pas!

Bonjour Didier,
After reading your note, it sounds a bit like an "Ode To Henk."
I remember this beautiful countryside well through my visits, and the most beautiful of clouds can be found here, and those windmills and channels offer many colors and angles to capture one's imagination.
An excellent post with the lushness of the bank, the triangular composition with the trees narrowing until they meet with the emergence of the windmill. and the soft clouds washing over the guardian of the landscape...

Hi Didier,
Wonderful depth to this shot with the river giving some nice perspective lines, and I love the streaks of white clouds which look like brush strokes in the sky. The combination of bright green and bue is striking and of course the windmill is a great focal point in this Dutchscape.
