Grasses on a log Photo

Photographer’s Note

Bowen Island harbor, a 20m ferry from Vancouver.
It caught my attention the way that the grasses grew on top of a dead log.

Hello Olga, I like your photo however IMHO if your real focus was on the grass my eye does not land there. I think if the background was softer by using a wider aperture or a different angle may have accomplished that. I really like the boats in the foreground with the distant mountain framed by the trees on each side.
