Photographer’s Note

This is one of the shots I took while trekking the small island of Malapascua,Cebu early in the morning last May 2009. Farthest of the scene is part of Leyte Island. I was caught by these stick markings the moment I saw it. So simple.

hi wel,
welcome nga pala sa te.
a very painting like and dreamy seascape, elegant simplicity is evoked. the horizon is tilted to the right and would look better if leveled. the centric composition works and is is effective but I wonder how it would look with a rule-of-third composition. regards.

Hi,
I like your artistic originality & creativeness here. Simple but elegant so to speak. he-he-he your horizon is a bit tilted not sure if done as part of creativity ito. BTW a note or two would have been helpful.

Hi Mel...I like the simple composition. As Pen mentioned its a little tilted and since you dont have much colors I was thinking how it would look like if converted to black and white so I did a Workshop. I hope you like it. Salamat! Alex...looking forward to your next posts.
