Photographer’s Note
My first TE posting with the new camera as I finally upgraded my 5D to the Mk II last Saturday. I was flying up to HK for business the next day, which made for a great opportunity to test out the new camera.
Unfortunately I forgot just how hot and humid HK can get! Just my luck- moments after stepping out of the hotel using my new camera for the first time, I was hit with dreaded fog inside the camera! (I'm normally more careful).
I hope you like the shot,
- Dan

I love your POV, you've showed how small a human being is but at the same time what is able to build:)))
I love such structures,

Hi Dan, A great symmetrical shot which emphasises the height of the skyscraper and the sky sets it of just right. It's a perfectly executed shot which deserves more critiques but hey, thats Trekearth!
(hope your camera's ok).
Best regards,
Paul.

Hello Dan,
Great photo, I try this sort of shot a lot, it gives great insight to the huge height of these buildings. The Bank of China Building on the left would have to be one of the most unique buildings in the world. It's rare to have HK skies without smog, so this blue sky with whispy cloud is really a good capture. I like the way you've signed this photo also at centre, it seems to be part of the building facade rather than a signature.
Matt
