Photographer’s Note

Mértola é uma vila portuguesa do distrito de Beja, região do Alentejo e subregião do Baixo Alentejo, com cerca de 3 100 habitantes. A vila encontra-se situada numa elevação na margem direita do rio Guadiana, imediatamente a montante da confuência da ribeira de Oeiras.

É sede de um dos maiores municípios de Portugal, com 1 279,40 km² de área e 8712 habitantes (2001), subdividido em 9 freguesias. O município é limitado a norte pelos municípios de Beja e de Serpa, a leste pela Espanha, a sul por Alcoutim e a oeste por Almodôvar e por Castro Verde.

Nice to see some images from you. Beautiful simplicity .. the way the black frame interacts with the black ironwork is great .. the parallels between the sky and and the blue and white on the wall is very nice as well .. a wonderful and well seen collection of lines. very nice. take care, John

Um belo enquadramento Filipe,
com um POV inferior, destacando magistralmente o céu com nuvens muito atraentes.
Gostei do aspecto do cão a olhar pela janela, como que contemplando a natureza.
