Photographer’s Note

International Street and Open Air Theatres Festival FETA has already started in Gdansk, all the performances have been moved to Dolne Miasto, about 10 minutes walk from the Old Town.

Here you can see a scene about peasants' life from the "REMUS" by Teatr Snów.

FETA festival looked for a new place for a long time, at the same time Dolne Miasto has been going through a kind of revitalisation, especially the residents here:)

Funny story - that the place is magnificent but rarely visited because of the bad opinion about the local residents, I heard many people born in Gdansk saying - "I've never been here before, I've no idea where I am:)"

Your engaging note complements the beautiful photograph. The light management, colors and resolution are all excellent befitting an excellent camera in a skillful photographer's hands. Have a good Sunday. The slow shutter speed is revealed by the blur made by the net.

A very interesting scene.
The light and the colour depth, are lovely.
Your pov, including the wheel, adds interest as well as linking, via the nets, with the performers.

Hello Gosia,
A good well framed composition of this theatre group. I like the atmosphere and the warm tones. Sharpness is adequate given the reduced lighting and the actors' movements.

Czesc Gocha,
Teatr raczej mnie nie pociaga, ale w takich miejscach jest naprawde bardzo duzo do fotografowania. Ciezkie warunki oswietleniowe i dlugi czas zrobily z tego zdjecia prawdziwe dzielo sztuki.

Hi Gosia, long time no see indeed! (Exams... argh)! Beautiful soft lighting in this photo that highlights the warm shades of brown. Great arrangement with the wheel and barrel to the side, and then the people under the net looking in every which direction.
