Photographer’s Note

The walls shone like neon lights when i turned back and looked at them.
This shot was taken at the residential quarters of the Jaigarh Fort in Jaipur. This was a few kilometers above the more popular Amber Fort but was worth a view.

Hello Aadiil! How wonderful, you are back with another one of your treasures that was hiding in your computer for too long. I was just thinking the other day if you have forgotten us :))) What can I say, it has this old patina all over that is so attractive. I was expecting something different from you for some time and this is way more than I expected. Amazing, you found such great b'uty in a simple door and walls. The colors and the texture of the wall is superb and the light is so very perfect.

When I saw that was in India, I'm sure it was one of your shots... But first, I thought about Marietom's work with these warm colours and a strong treatment to reveal the different textures...
I really like your picture and the mysterious atmosphere you've caught here. Your tight framing around the door is a perfect choice to let us imagine what is behind it.

This is magic and this is art. seems like its so carefully composed. The colors are signature of the Mughals. I would be interested in a picture of the world's biggest cannon.

Not everyone would have seen the beauty of these empty walls. The warm colours and the irregular pattern of the faded paint however make this an oiutstanding composition.

I did not go to this fort. It looks far less crowded that its brother in amber but at least it has enough orange on its walls to deserve your attention, as usual !

This may not be you best, but the texture of the walls is very nicely presented. The colors in my hummble opinion is too intense and the combination of orange brown and red just make it hotter and not complementing each other. Composition is very good though with the door placed perfectly. Thanks

Hi Aadil!

That's a bit different of what you have done for a while, but in the same spirit. I like very much the colors, the saturation, the rich textures and the fact that there is always an opened door, in your sober framing... although we never see the outer world. Funny. Something for psychoanalysis? Anyway, graphically, that's striking, with a warm athmposhere, that is, in a way, the contrary of the solitude implicitly suggested by the desert place. Great work, Aadil!

What an incredible sight. This raw, earthy pattern is wonderful, it almost gives of a texture which can be felt through the computer screen. The richer, deeper colour of the doorway and other room is a strong focual point. I wonder how old such a room is? Very mysterious.

Where is everyone..really Aadiil..TE has not been the same since June was it..when the great revolution too place..no photos interest me..there is no more life here...that beating pulse..it sad

still i have managed to come back and spend some time here..i see a good one here..the frame pierces the eye..good graphic..youve really mastered the theme..i think its a good decision..to go all out for this genre of photography and be the final word in it..
