Photographer's Note


I am presenting to your kind attention an other photo of the Aiguille Noire de Peuterey.
The point of view is different, if compared to the previous shot in b&w posted a few days ago.

Here you can see an approaching storm. One hour later the peak was disappeared, completely covered by clouds, rain, lightnings and thunders.

Made entirely of granite, with its 3,772 metres high summit, it represents one of the most difficolut peaks to climb, in the entire Mont Blanc massif.
Technical climbing difficulty till V+

You can reach this view point from Courmayeur (Italy) -> Val Veny -> then following the indications to refuge Monzino.
