Photographer’s Note

The little village of Nonza, in the northern part of Corse, not only has a spectacular beach (I have posted some pictures already) but it is also very typical and nice to walk around.

The Sigma 10-20 is perfect for this kind of pictures.

Hello Stefano. I see from your gallery that you most certainly have very strong compositional skills in your photography. There is an element of minimalist framing whereby you choose in advance before clicking the shutter to not only decide what will be included inside your frame but more important what must be excluded in the photo. This wide angle step view with the girls coming through has a wonderful feeling of invitation. They will ascend and pass through just as your capture here unfolds. Very nice work.

Hi Stefano. A glimpse at your gallery shows that you have a great eye for colour and pattern. You see things in a very photographic way. I love the angles and the movement of this one; I love the colours and textures. Oh course it needed a human interest that was not too intrusive and that is perfectly provided by those delightfully tottery young ladies entering left. All in all, the image is a joy. Regards Kevin

l'inquadratura che hai scelto è davvero molto interessante. Nonza posto bellissimo, hai fatto bene a non concentrarti troppo sulla (splendida) spiaggia ed a cercare invece la vita nei suoi vicoletti. Bravo!

beautiful palette of colors. I like the motion blur as well. Maybe some post sharpening on the right-side of the steps would be cool- Really like the composition

un ampia visuale mostra la particolarita' di questi
saliscendi corsi dai colori antichi..
buon impatto grafico con l'inserimento del movimento delle bimbe..
