Photographer’s Note

"Light And Shadows" was taken from the colums of Doge's Palace. I hope You like my photo.

The Doge's Palace is a gothic palace in Venice. In Italian it is called the Palazzo Ducale di Venezia. The palace was the residence of the Doge of Venice.
The current palace was largely constructed from 1309 to 1424, designed perhaps by Filippo Calendario.

Very nice soft light. The view here is excellent. The shadows of the pillars and the people in the distance give us an excellent perspective of the moment. Good work.

Hello Philip,

Perfect management of the lights on this photograph and I like much the soft colors of the image which accentuates the alleviating effect of the place. A small detail on the ground… the direction of the WC, it is more discrete than the signposts !!! Well done Philip.
