Photographer’s Note

The end of season which means no sunbathers on the beaches and no sunny weather which is so advertised on the official websites of Ustronie Morskie.
But despite the bad weather there were a few people walking with their bare feet covered by the hotel's blanket:)

Ustronie Morskie is about 10 km from Kołobrzeg, with 3280 inhabitants and over 130 hotels and small guest houses. The statistics say that over 30000 tourists visited this small town last year.

Hello Gosia,
I like the mood in this interesting composition with the lady huddled in the blanket and the sea rushing in on the sand under a dull sky. All the elements are nicely placed in the frame and the scene has great depth. Excellent colours and clarity. Thanks for sharing.

Z pamiętnika Gosi-Nikosi:
...Ubrałam się ciepło, polarek, nauszniki, rękawiczki, mufka dla mojego nikusia i czekam... Mijają godziny... Dobrze, że mam termos z herbatką i piersiówkę z rumem. Zaczyna się sciemniać i nadal nic... Ale w końcu... Jeeest! Idzie jakaś babula zawinięta w koc, a za nią nawet jeszcze jedna postać... Ufff... Nareszcie. Są ludzie... W końcu się ten namolny jasmis ode mnie odwali...

Dzięki za poświęcenie.

Witaj, Taki wietrzny dzień nad morzem, na plazy, tez ma swój urok. Mało o tym wiem, bo ja raczej nad ciepłe morza sie wybieram:). Chyba czekałaś na ten widok, tak jak to opisane w pamiętniku:)). Pozdrawiam

A very fine picture, in many aspects! First, it is a very interesting view, a beautiful beach. Then it is very good to se these "human activities". It is also a fine composition and finally; some red elements always improve a picture (in my opinion)!

Fajna scenka. Ciepłe kolory trochę zimny nastrój łagodzą - więc ja bym pewnie w B&W poszła. Ale nie przeczę, że akcenty kolorystyczne ładnie rozłożóne.

Czesc Gosia,
fajne zdjecie, dobrze dobrany kadr, zwlaszcza ciekawa Pani w kadrze, ktora to w kazda pogode wyjdzie nad morze, nawet owinieta w koc byle by tylko jodu powdychac.
Ale mysle ze jeszcze troche ludzi sie przewinie w tym roku przez plaze, trzeba tylko na pogode lepsza poczekac..

I have seen here another photo with these two eye catching boats that are really picturesque. You have placed them excellently in the frame. And your high POV works also very well.
