Photographer’s Note
We were hiking up Ledang Mountain 4,200 feet above sea level in state of Johor, Malaysia.
I took a photo of this fern plant and when I look at this shot later, i found the shades of brown of all the dead leaves fascinating! Imagine in just about 2 square feet of the ground there can be so many shades of brown from the dead leaves that fell from the jungle. All these and 100% natural - nothing man made!
