The wide angle is the key to such images for the dynamism you can get with it, of course it requires some nice clouds, which you got here as well, a very nice result and a luminous image

The beach where I used to go when I was a kid! Perfect use of your wide angle lens... BTW, it was not high tide: at high tide you can't go back from l'Aber Island to the beach!
