Photographer’s Note

Bursa'nın en önemli mimari yapılarından olan Emir Sultan Camii, Yıldırım ilçesi sınırları içerisinde yer almaktadır. Bursa'nın doğusunda aynı adı taşıyan mahallede "Emir Sultan mezarlığı"nın yanında servi ve çınar ağaçlarının arasında yer almaktadır. Cami ilk yapıldığı zaman tek kubbeli iken 1507'de avlu ve üç kubbeli revak eklenmiştir. Camii 1795 yılında tamamıyla yıkılmış, 1804'te III. Selim camiyi aynı plan üzerine yeniden kurmuştur. 1855 depreminde hasar gören cami 19. yüzyıl zarfında tamir edilerek harap olmaktan kurtarılmıştır.

The present-day mosque, bearing his epithet Emir Sultan, and situated in Bursa quarter of the same name (although written contiguously, as “Emirsultan”), was built after the collapse of the original 14th century monument in the 1766 earthquake. Although the materials and the location were maintained, the style was adjusted to reflect the baroque design that came into fashion in the Ottoman Empire during the 19th century. Following 1855 Bursa earthquake, the mosque and the mausoleum (Turkish: türbe) of Emir Sultan was rebuilt again in 1868 (1285 A.H) by Sultan Abdülaziz.

Ciao fratello,
immagine ben studiata nella composizione con ottimo DOF che chiude sulla vista dall'arco sullo sfondo.
Luci e ombre sono eccellenti e mi piace anche l'inserimento del venditore di souvenirs, perchè anima e rende dinamica la scena.

This is really a difficult shot, with some differents kind and intensity of lightings. But you management it very well, excellent photo job friend.

"Piovere" in Portuguese is "Chuva".

Merhaba Yağmur, Emir Sultan'ı çok güzel bir açıdan almışsın. hem dışardaki tesbih satıcısının hem de avludaki yürüyen modelin konumları ve varlıkları çok iyi olmuş. Işık kontrolü de harika. beautiful composition my friend. Excellent light management. The wall is so clear with the lightened and shadowed portion. I like it. The old man selling something ( I suppose ) at gate is a bonus to your shot. So lively. Depth is so good that we can see the interior clear as well. The arches are superb. A very good perspective with great detailling and the number of items to watch here is the plus point of your photo. Very very well done.
