Photographer’s Note

This photo was taken from one of the bridges over the Moskva River with the presence of the Kremlin in the background on a cloudy afternoon just taking advantage of the last rays of the sun, a gray day but enjoying a stunning city, Moscow. First time I visit this city. A city that is worthwhile visiting.

Moscow is the capital and the largest city of Russia. It is also the largest metropolitan area in Europe, and ranks among the largest urban areas in the world. Moscow is a major political, economic, cultural, religious, financial, educational, and transportation centre of Russia and the world, a global city. It is also the seventh largest city proper in the world, a megacity. The population of Moscow (as of 1 June 2009) is 10,524,400. It is home to many scientific and educational institutions, as well as numerous sport facilities. It possesses a complex transport system, that includes 3 international airports, 9 railroad terminals, and the world's second busiest (after Tokyo) metro system which is famous for its architecture and artwork. Its metro is the busiest single-operator subway in the world. It is the site of the Moscow Kremlin, one of the World Heritage Sites in the city.(from Wikipedia)

Fantastic composition, we have a good idea of the beauty of this city! You've chosen an excellent POV, as usual. Colours are comnunicated very well, they're beautiful! I like the impression of ceiling that we have with the clouds.

la luz del día nublado hace que esta foto tenga un poco más de atractivo visual, aunque eso es difícil, debido a la calidad de la imagen y a la composición en un excelente encuadre que nos ofrece el disfrute de la maravillosa arquitectura moscovita.
Es una imagen amplia y muy profunda, con gran nitidez y un nivel cromático impecable.

It may have been a grey day, but you managed to get some attractive colour in the sky. Your high POV works well to show some of the important buildings in Moscow.

La scène est magnifique même si l'éclairage n'est pas à son meilleur. Très beau point de vue avec le canal traversé par le pont et le boulevard qui nous amène à la ville plus loin. Bonne composition et perspective.

This is an impressive shot of Moscow, and just a month old. It has been a lifetime almost (34 years) that I visited the city. The red spires presumably mark the perimeter of the Kremlin.

Mmmmm... puede que el postprocesado del cielo haya ido un poco lejos... no por irreal o antiestético, sino porque la línea que separa el cielo del horizonte es demasiado visible por el postprocesado, lo que es una pena, porque sino la foto sería realmente bella.
