Hi Mariani.Very friendly shot...I liked the place where and how you put the old lady in your frame.I wish I could see the same picture with color,could be interesting.
I am a dentist ,for that reason this picture is very sympathic for me :)

This is a good portrait and about the tiltness... I like it, but I think this portrait doesn't deserve a tilt composition.
