MONTE OLIVIA IV - MOUNT OLIVIA IV - CERRO OLIVIA IV - On a very cold late afternoon, I walked by the Beagle's Canal, downtown Ushuaia, and passed by its harbor! Once more, that wonderful mountain was present and I couldn't resist taking many pictures! Ships and boats were added to this image in a composition that really pleases me and makes me remind of the great time I spent down there, in the end of the World!

Striking warm cold colour contrasts, between the red ship in the bg & the blue tinted (almost) Antarctic landscape. I'm surprised how many people have opened this, without commenting or critiquing (33). Nice repetition of the boats & superb flattenned perspective from the zoom lens. Tfs!

Conheço a Argentina apenas pelo tango argentino único mim pratico regularmente. As teus imagens da extremidade do Mundo, dão-me desejo de ver mais neste imenso e magnífico país. O azul quase dominante agradavelmente é perturbado pela embarcação na luz. Indiscutivelmente uma muito boa e bonita imagem. Felitações.

outra vista impressionante da montanha, e gostei dos barcos no primeiro plano também, que apesar da distância, permitem uma boa referência do tamanho dela.

I always wanted to visit Ushuaia... I read a lot of stories and reports from people who sailed here...
This photo is really great. The view of this high mountain covered with snow with the sea below and the boats is so fine and appealing: a real marvel. Beutiful evening colour and a splendid light.

here is another photo with alot of key elements. i like how the sailboats are dwarfed by the large red tanker, and your photo has a blue hue to it, almost capturing and sensing the cold air.
The large moutain in the backdrop adds scale and power.
