Photographer’s Note
These huge formations are named Park Avenue, after the skyscrapers in New York. They are weathered Entrada Sandstone found throughout the Colorado Plateau, and in this case, Arches National Park. The Entrada formation was deposited during the Jurassic period between 180 and 140 million years ago in varying environments, tidal mudflats, beaches and sand dunes. This rock composition is ideal for varying sections of density for creation of windows, arches and diverse forms.
From the parking lot a trail descends into the Park Avenue Canyon for one mile. Strolling this canyon stimulates the mind and senses at nature's creative powers and magic.
Note, the green specks are Utah Juniper trees averaging 20 to 30 feet in height

Hello, Ray!
The colors are wonderful! If there were no plants in this landscape, it would look like as if we were in another planet! Very good depth as well! Wonderful composition!

Zdravo sa Balkana iz Srbije.
Mocan stari kanjon pokazan ovom vrlo dobrom fotografijom i izrazitim bojama koje su naglasile lepotu. Dobar trenutak.
Puno pozdrav i uspeh u radu, zeli vam Paja.
