Photographer’s Note
Australian Black Swans. I LOVE taking pictures of these things. They have been one of the greatest challenges photographically I have ever had. Their feathers madly reflect the light and where I see them they are often in shadow. I worked on this a LOT. To try and get it to look like it should have where they were. They really are the most amazingly graceful and beautiful birds. Taken again at Swan Lake Iris Gardens.

Hi Shelly,
really very hard photograph these Swans, because the dark colors, but the couples and its reflections are very interesting and beautiful. Great job, my friend.

Hi Shelly
Well you enjoy a challenge I see. I too have tried to photograph these guys and it is difficult to get detail in their feathers in bright sunlight. I think a high overcast sky would be more suitable but you did a great job of PP to get here. I like the angle that you used to to get this shot.

Dear Shelly,
many thanks for this lovely illustration of Tchaikowsky's "Swan's Lake". With a white one it should be complete. Your sensibility is inside, and your signature is visible. Happy to see you here.

Hi Dearest friend
Good exposure management because it's not simple to make a normal setting.
Black colour might give an over exposure if you use your camera with an automatic setting.
Well done my dear.
Best regards

Hi Shelly,
Wonderful view of these exotic twins making a stunning reflection in the riffling green lake.
Love that vivid red beak and the rich texture of their giant feathers.

Hi Shelly,
The reflections on the water are assets to the composition. The point of view is showing the details and colors of the black swans. The subject is well framed. The afternoon light has a good effect on the colors. have a nice day.
