MONTE VERDE NO SUL DE MINAS!

THE DISTRICT OF "MONTE VERDE"/"GREEN MOUNT" in the south of the STATE OF MINAS GERAIS/MG!

On a sunday, I got my car and went to MONTE VERDE, a place I had only been before back in 1990!
It's up in the SERRA DA MANTIQUEIRA/MANTIQUEIRA MOUNTAIN RANGE, close to the border of the States of São Paulo/SP and Minas Gerais/MG. It's a tiny village, a district of the town of CAMANDUCAIA. The road is full of curves, always going up and half unpaved! Here, one sight by the road while I was driving up!

PS.: According to Frank (Buin) critiques, I inserted this WS VERSION without the saturation pp! Another choice for you all! Thank you Frank for the hint, always welcome!

Hello Ney,
I hope you weren't driving when you took the shot :-) Seriously, an attractive view over this verdant and hilly landscape. I like the soft light and colours and the way the eyes are taken gradually across the valley to the far far distance. A calming image with a pleasing atmosphere to it.

A wonderful landscape - and so multifaceted! I like all the details one can detect here in your photo and all these tones of green - but I think the colours are much too saturated.

Olá Neyvan,
a famosa MOnte Verde, do distrito da Grande Camanducaia, cidade imortalizada pelo saudoso Odayr Baptista com sua Rádio Camanducaia, vale a pena ver esse link, hehe. As cores do WS ficaram mais naturais mesmo, mas gostei dessa versão também.

Sei que essa região é muito bonita, mas o acesso ... Preferi parar em Poços de Caldas e não arriscar a estrada. Bela imagem, Neyvan, uma linda fotografia!

Olá Ney,
A névoa estraga um bocadinho, mas mesmo assim está muito bonita, bem composta e com um verde de encher a vista e a condizer com o nome do sítio. Faz-me lembrar a República Dominicana.

Bonjour Neyvan,
si tu as voulu nous séduire, c'est réussi. Les couleurs sont fantastiques même si elles manquent un peu de naturel. En tous cas cette succession de vallons dans des nuances subtiles de teintes fait tout le graphisme de cette prise de vue.

Bonsoir Neyvan,

La prise de vue entraine mon regard au travers de la vallée vers les montagnes ce qui donne de la profondeur à la composition. Il y a un bon contraste entre les différentes teintes de vert de l'image. Cette couleurs est dominante. Bonne soirée.

a beautiful green view of the splendid slope field on the mountain.
trees look like miniature models, so lovely figures.
this a little hazy air makes wonderful natural depth in this picture, the tone of green is excellent.
and wavy shapes of hills also make very dynamic composition, it is so nice.
