Hi Malgorzata,
A beautiful "street scene" from this marvellous city. The low evening light provides a very warm and pleasant feeling here and the colours become very exceptionally good. When are you going to India? I hope you will have a very good time there and take a lot of pictures!

Malgorzata,
Your captured the late evening light perfectly here. The low angled light gives the buildings a nice warm glow while placing the foreground in shadow. The angle of the shot is nice using the canal to create a diagonal through the shot.

Apparement le soleil etait en train de se coucher, il offrait une trés belle lumière, et tu as su en profiter.
Belles couleurs, trés bon cadrage, et belle compo...

sei stata bravissima a scattare nell'ora più bella della giornata, quando i colori diventano brillanti e la luce molto calda.

Hello Maggie,
You certainly will brought back with you colorful memories, I like the very strong and vivid colors here, some may think it is a little too much saturation, but it really work out well withe warm sunset light that also reflected in the water, the Gandolas are just perfectly scatter around in this beautiful composition. Simply beautiful.

viewing this scene, really inspires me to visit Venice.
the array and mixtures of colours is very pleasing to the eye.
the dark boats in the foreground contrasts well, and the warm sunlight on the buildings is a bonus.
Excellent composition, and arrangement.

I remember you earlier post of the Grand Canal, highly evocative of this, and indeed one of the finest shots of Venice. This is a little 'busier' but just as beautiful, in the manner of a Canaletto painting. Warm regards,

A very attractive sho) of the canal grande with a beautiful colored rhythm and a magnificent Venetian light which you perfectly got. I agree with you to thank Paolo and Renzo who brought a particular dimension to this meeting thanks to their kindness and to their availability.
It is for me too a magnificent souvenir.

Hello Malgorzata,

I do not know Venice but with all the beautiful pictures I have seen on TE and it will be part of, I think I'll make a visit one day... Superb timing of the shooting with the light of late afternoon gives the facades of warm colors and a very nice contrast of light very significant. I really like, it looks like a painting, Malgorzata bravo and thank you.
