Pedestrians against graphti..cliched but i like it for the blurr on the woman..would be better if this was less than 1/15 or something..really not stating the obvious..and you get the stronger graphic..

What a colorful, engaging, compelling capture! I like very muh the composition with the young woman at roughly the golden ratio, 0.618, from the left hand side of the image. The blue, red and yellow colors are complementary to the white and black of the background.
