Das Erinnert mich an die Kapverden und verstärkt meine Vorfreude sehr.

Hi Albert, Interesting picture and your note informs me of something I was unaware of. Are these wild or domestic animals? Are they used in a work environment or as pack animals? Excellent tones to the picture and striking portraits of the two animals. Good Work. Regards, Roger

Bonjour Hartmut,
un duotone qui renforce bien les contrastes et les détails, un ciel peu encourageant qui délivre des lumières qui ne sont pas les meilleures pour faire exploser les couleurs, d'où ce choix de b&w que j'aime beaucoup.
Une photo douce et sympathqiue.

a nice view of the countryside of Irish with the two native donkeys to dominate the whole scene.I like the B/W as the spesific atmosphere of the image.Well done.

Lovely composition with very nice B&W presentation. A few years ago in Greece, donkeys was the most popular animal for rural works, but now is a rare sight.

Hello Hartmut

After studying your photo, i realized something. The donkey's fur blends in almost 100% with the surrounding vegetation. They camoflage perfectly!
I also enjoy the contrasting greys with sprinkels of white on the rocks and on the donkey's head.

There is a clear timeless feel here, this picture could actually been taken anytime in the last 150 years, nothing modern here to reveal the original moment... A very good B&W picture with these donkeys and the drystone wall!

Guten morgen Hartmut !
Einfach wunderbar !! Gestellt oder Ungestellt ? Keine Frage, bei den "Eseln" ist man nie sicher ! Aber ich habe ihn kopiert und hab'mir erlaubt ihn demnaechst als Wandpapier meines Computers zu behalten. Der linke erinnert mich irgendwie an meinen Enkelsohn !!

Hi Hartmut, I couldn;t resist this photo. It is rendered so beautifully and the monochrome was an excellent choice. Wondeful DOF and inclusion of the brick wall help us to conclude that this could only be Ireland. I like it alot, congrats and have a great Sunday, Lisa
