Ciao caro Roger,
Complimenti.
Un caro abbraccio.

Bonsoir Roger,
good play with the city layers in this photo. Placing the tower at the very left was the right decision to make the composition well balanced and the colorful houses fill nicely the right side. Superb details and sharpness management. I also find the clarity quite natural, giving me the sense of reality. Well done!
Amitiés,
Carlos

Bonsoir Roger

Dear Roger
You say it's Istanbul, I just know it must be in Turkey. I have been to Sultanahmet, but that was more then 20 years ago, so things will have changed a bit I guess. At least some of the houses in your picture got new paint and that is exactly the point what makes this photograph tick, the colors, especially the blue one is outstanding. The sky is a bit heavy, not your fault, that was the weather. Color saturation and sharpness are fine as usual. Well done
Best regards and have a nice weekend

Bonsoir Roger,
Yes, the colours of the building facades are lovely, and contrast very well, against the rather drab looking grey minaret, at far left. The minaret is a great focal & reference point, & was well worth including in the shot. Good sharpness, framing & high pov. Tfs! Bon weekend!

Bonjour, cher Roger,
Quel voyage !
Amitiés.

Hello Roger,
I love Turkish traditional architecture, and I like your picture because it contains many of those elements, which make Istanbul being so attractive. In particular they are multicolored walls and roofs, well-shaped minarets and a special Middle-Eastern atmosphere. Very well composed and captured!
Best regards,
Sergiy

Hello Roger,
Not the usual view of Istanbul and all the more interesting for all that. The composition is well framed with the minaret providing the ideal anchor point. Strong and effective colour contrasts with excellent sharpness. Thanks for sharing.

Bonjour Roger,

TFS.
Amicalement, et bon weekend,
John.

Hello Roger,
nice blend of colors and buildings in different shapes and forms. I've got to admit your treatment changes this -the sum total of which looking like a pile of stones- into a tranquil composition though. good day,

ciao caro Roger,

Luis.
