Photographer’s Note
Many Japanese like Christmas Lights, and call it Christmas Illumination. Taken before the sky becomes dark holding on my left shoulder at Ark Hills, Tokyo.
Tech: crop, levels adjusted, brighten the lights, unsharp mask(24%,1.0,0), added frame, and NeatImage(default, 418KB --> 184KB) for smoothing.
