wow, this is a great angle to take the shot from. The guards look like little toys. The window taking up exactly half of the photo also makes for an interesting picture.

I like the perspective you chose here Mark. The little bit of grey overexposed sky does not bother me at all. Good work.

I like very much the composition.. many geometrical lines in the shot, but I particulary like the red columns in a diagonal perspective, with the guards standing there, and we as silent witness behind the door admiring the hole scene. Great POV!.
Nice contrast between the overexposed sky and the dark inside, well balanced..

Hello Mark,

I really like your composition! The idea to have the guards behind bars and the other side open. At first I thought that a border was missing on the right, but then it appeared to me that it was like freedom.
Anyway I kept in mind my first thought and done a little workshop. I hope you don't mind. Anyway, there is too much transformations to be still publishable I think...

This shot is really visually pleasing and well thought out. The perspective,the colours, the detail, all great. For me though it's the combination of lines that I find powerful..the door,coloumns, steps, roof...well done.

There is no need to mention of UPSIDE nor DOWNSIDE here. Only one side, and that's enough: you have made a wonderful shot!

Its interesting how the black colors form a sort of a frame around the pic. I also like the bright red of the columns.
