Hi Morteza,
Great composition. I like the DOF choice with the building in excellent light and sharp focus and the rest somewhat blurred. One's interest is pointed directly into the building on top of the hill as a result. The wonderful light really gives a glow to this great photo.

The photo may not be 100% sharp, but its a fantastic view!
I like how the bg landscape is somewhat in a fog, in a stark contrast to the fg.
For sure a different photo from Iran.
We don't get many photo's from Iran here on TE, so keep them coming!
