that's a fine and humorous shot Mark, I think it can work in BW...
though I must say the frame you added is really awful, did you get it in north korea?
.. I beleive Ishai is right : you could have tried to shoot it from above just stepping on the concrete block we can see on the bottom right corner. Is that too sporty for you ? ;)

Just looking through your older shot Mark and found this one. I think this is a strong shot--but I also think that that is a repulsive frame! ;-)
The tight composition and the fact we can't see any faces is great in conveying the atmosphere of the moment. I do agree with the others that this would be stronger in BW and am also curious about shooting from the concrete block.
