Lyngby in winter Photo

Photographer’s Note

Just a calm winter scene from Lyngby sjö (lake) on northern Själland. As sai earlier, this little area of very special marshland nature is less than 30 minutes by commute train from Copenhagen central station. So peaceful in the middle of the week in January.

-2 C, sun and no wind.

Stylic shot again, Ebbe. Very beautiful bridge there and beautifully up straightened trees form nice combination. Very good quality of shot as you usually have. Excellent nature art work.

I kind of like this image Ebbe, a sense of peace in in despite the grey light.

very beautifully composed, Ebbe.
I love the brown/grey tone because usually one sees these kinds of shots (bridge and river and trees) during a bright day time with too much greenery or at sunset.
however this picture has been shot with this different tone and I think it makes it unique and "stand out".

A crisp clear sharpness, Ebbe, great DOF and a very appealing composition. Plus well controlled light and colors. What surprises me here, is something inexplicably "un-Ebbe" about this shot - although it contains both a bridge and ice... ;o) Very well done!

Superb shot Ebbe! Like the grey tones, a true color pic naturaly desatureted by mother nature. Good exposure ad positioning.

Very serene and inviting Ebbe. It is also beautifully composed with the trees framing the gentle arch of the distant bridge. The trees offer a delicate lace canopy over the scene. Wonderful palette of winter tones, all muted. Fine work.
