Photographer's Note

So here are the shot of Mother Volga, or Volga River as you like, taken from its high western shore. What you see here is a endless forests that stretch from this place for a long, long, long thousands of miles until the end of the forests and Arctic Deserts. Its literally no real habitable lands from here on, as the gaze goes.
Western Shore is quite lively, with towns and villages and civilization, but Eastern Shore is the beginning of the wildlands that goes until the frozen places.
