Looks like it was also a long day in this woman's life. Very expressive without actually seeing her face. The lines deeply etched in her cheeks, the windblown and greying braid, and the sun drenched skin speak to the long life in the title. Well done.

Fabulous portrair, well-captured in black and white. I think the lighting could be fiddled around with a bit for experimental purposes, but this is really nice and has a great level of clarity to detail.

Great composition in black and white. She lookes like she has seen and experienced a lot in this life and just wants to rest.

This is an awesome shot. I love how much emotion is portrayed and you can't even see her face! I also like how there is an extreme on either side ,white to black with the subject in the middle, this makes me feel like she is going through a transition, like maybe life to death. Great photo...Nick
