There's no holding still for this young woman! In an odd way, the motion blur of her face lets us in on her personality. You might want to experiment with contrasts: lightening the lights and darkening the darks, to bring more definition and clarity to the photo.

Nice shot! OK, I'd be tempted to crop it more tightly - as it stands I have visions of the firing squad about to shoot her ;-) I'd also consider altering curves to make the shot seem slightly more contrasty - there doesn't feel like there's a true black here, there is, but as it stands it looks a little washed out... If you'd like to enable Workshop then I'll give you an idea of what I have in mind :-) Please let me know if/when you do though, thanks.
