Photographer’s Note

I saw a new scavenger hunt (VII) which was started some days ago - could I be the only one who noticed?

Lots of construction work being done around on Fyn these days. For instance there’s a lot of farmers, which got the permission to build new modern barns for their cattle - In such a hall, are the livestock and milk cows allowed to walk around free. Hopefully having a good time and hence giving more milk.

I am proud to be the first to comment the first picture of new scav hunt. Perfect repetitive patterns (also with the shadows) and colors. Could anyone doubt about it?

Wonerful graphic composition, and congrats for your first post for the new hunt, Jeppe. I realy enjoy this type of pattern, with faantastic light and colors. Also a nice play with shadow, very good shot.

Nice photo. The lines of this the construction are very nice and graphic. Simple, but very strong composition in good contrastive colours. The shadows give the whole even more lines.

I've wanted to comment on your work then I saw your name...
Your name means very much to me, and many Armenians in Aleppo.

That's because of Karen Jeppe--a wonderful dannish woman, who has devoted her life to armenians who has survived the 1915 Genocide and settled in Aleppo.

She has established schools, workshops, sheltered orphans and anyone who needed help: who did not at those black days.

My secondary school is named after her: karen Jeppe National College.

Although it is more than half a century she is not with us, we remember her and she lives in our hearths.

I want to thank your nation to give Karen Jeppe to the humanity.

Hi Jeppe, I like all those lines of metal with different color in contrast with the blue sky. An excellent DOF bringing out all clarity. A simple, abstract, artistic composition. I like it.

I, like the hunts which make obligation to compose on demand, this is a great exercise, and I will join you as soon :))
This is simple, graphic and a good result for you and people having built.
I like it for the repetition in alternance of colors.

Great pattern you found, Jeppe. The play of diagonals in alternating colors would by itself already be compelling, but it is even amplified by the light and shadow effects you got. Very well seen and captured.

Hi Jeppe,

I saw that you appriciated my wether cock and had a quick look at your work. This one is very good.
I make lots of structure picture but most are with greytones.

Maybe I should give my live and work more colour.
