This is an excellent shot!
It gives the feel of 20th century America when women were robust, still wearing stockings but skirts getting shorter -
The puppy looking up under her skirt is reminiscent of the men during those times.

This is very amusing and a very interesting peek. The dog's leg is of the same size as of the woman's sandal heel.
