Photographer’s Note

Cashel at sunrise, taken from the far end of the main parking area, before the nearby B&B started cooking the latter B. It was the only 10 minute period of sunlight that day. Polarizer was removed because of the low light. Profession scan in a San Francisco lab, no saturation added, no crop, 80mm lens. Darken sky a little and sharpen foreground. There is a disturbing pattern in the background, kind of vertical dotted lines, this appears in every frame that lab scanned yesterday. I'm not sure if its their fault or something on all of the negatives, or airport x-ray damage. Has anyone seen this problem elsewhere? I will rescan a few at home to see if it's my fault, then complain to the lab, it cost a lot of money.
