Po Klong Giarai Towers
The Towers lie approximately 7 km east of the center of Phan Rang, near Thap Cham Railway Station. This group of four towers is the remainder of the group of six constructed during the 13th century. This is a small tower by side the main tower.
The main tower was dedicated to Po Klong King, who, according to the legend, bravely suffered from leprosy. Despite the passage of time, much remains of the four-sided, 21.59 m high tower. During excavation work of the area, French archaeologists found a number of gold and silver bowls and jewelers. Recently during restoration work, other gold bowls were found.

I hope you like it. Thanks for your sharing and comment.
I will post my shot of the main tower late.
Best regards

Beautifull shot. I have never been here. It's an Angkor style ?
I am in Dien Bien Phu now. Very bad weather. Raining, raining raining ... Difficult for pictures !
I will be back tomorrow in Hanoi.
Nice work here. I will probably build a relation between this hospital and an hospital in France.
Bonne journee.

Nice point of view and composition.
I already sent a request to Chris, asking him to tell us step-by-step on how to render better sky color. Hope we will hear from him soon, then both you and I could practice.
Cheers!

Hi Huy
Very intricate brickwork on the tower. I like the composition with the doorway leading you through to the beautiful landscape beyond. Thank You

Very interesting picture Huy.
I agree with Jean (PixelTerror) about the landscape we see through the arc of the tower, it's dosn't fit as a part of the background.Looks like a mirror showing another landscape.
Beautiful place, love the colors and sharpnees.
Well done.

Hi Huy,
Very nice building and pleasant view, i like the fact that the piece landscape we get to see through the gate seems to have been copied from another landscape, as it does not match so much the landscape around the tower, very funny effect !
Have a nice day,
Jean-Yves

Wow this is a real lovely site to see. For the length of time since this has been built it sure is holding well together. I also love how you framed this structure in the photo. Great Picture Huy.

Thats a nice shot. This tower 9s very unusual. The sky doesnt seem to be much of a problem, its a bit better in the workshop by Chris but its not bad in your photo.

Hi Huy - despite the harsh light, you've managed it well, excellent detail on the tower, with enough detail in the background for us to get an idea of the surrounding countryside

Very curious monumental construction. Considering the landscape seen it must be an imposing sight. The warm color of the stone as well its shape make it quite original, at least for a Portuguese. :-)
Regarding the technical aspects, I think that the image is a bit too bright. You could have metered the light in a midtone area so the sky would become darker as well the most clear areas to preserve their details. Even if the tower got a bit dark you could always get details from it in the PP.
It’s always possible to get details from the shadows but not from overexposed areas. This is a good idea to preserve when taking photos in hard light conditions like this one.
