Photographer’s Note

A photo of a tree stump along the shoreline of a local pond. I liked the shape of the stump and the reflection in the water ... kind of looks like a mountain scene. I cropped some of the noise out of the photo. Perhaps should have cropped some of the vegetation from the top.

I was using a tripod and still have a little blur in the photo. I recently purchased a remote shutter release which will hopefully eliminate the last little bit of blur.

Très belle composition de ces souches d'arbre qui ressemblent effectivement à des montagnes !
Très belles couleurs.
Pour parfaire la photo, peut-être faudrait-il accentuer la netteté.

I like the foliage above the stump. I adds a context. (But perhaps less like a mountain.) I don't find the noise particularily distracting but the slightly sloping water does. An easy digital fix. Nice picture!
