Photographer’s Note
This series of sunsets that I took here all turned out very blue.I liked bluish tones here so I kept them. The reason for this shot was the two rivers meeting and the change in flow of the water as the smaller river feeds into the larger river.I changed my viewpoint as the sunset progressed in order to highlight that part of the river flow.Towards the end of the sunset when the sun was completely behind the mountain I got a strange red band of fog that rose steadily upwards. It was not visable to the eye and not perticularly pleasing to the eye but I was intrigued as to why this should happen.I do not think it was a camera leak or a defect in the film and the shots taken the next day were fine.?

Very nice, a dream landscape. The moment was well chosen, the sun behind the hills literally makes the image.

Beautifull and peacefull picture. I like it a lot. I like the hills seen as shadows beetween the foggy atmosphere. Well done!

Hi Gren - I really like the combination of the interesting steep rocks and the shimmering waters below. I would have preferred warmer colours though.

I like the purple hue here. The light shining on the water is very attractive. You have captured the different water flows really well.
