Photographer’s Note
The beautiful Griffon vultures are the only large vultures that are pale colored. They live in mountainous areas, nesting on cliff ledges. With a wingspan of up to 2.5 meters, they soar to great heights looking for food. When food is located, a large noisy group forms, and what seems like fighting, is in fact, each vulture helping the other to tear loose strips of meat.
This was taken in Gamla, Golan Hights.
One of the best spots to see (and photograph) valtures in Israel.

I would crop the right part, almost till the wing - the same is to see in the front of the bird.
About the helping each other - are you sure? I can hard believe that. "Helping" by hunting(team-work), yes. But by eating? If so, we should learn from...

Gilad, this is really an incredible point of view, to see a raptor soaring from above with nothing but nature as a backdrop. Composition-wise, subject-wise, I wouldn't change anything. I did think though that because you were shooting without a light source, it may have came out a little dark and so I tried a workshop to see if I could show what I meant on that part of it. Overall though, it's a very good shot.
