A really nice portrait Caleb - possibly better for him knowing you are there because of that eye than if it had been purely candid - lovely clear sharp image with a great POV - a really tiny nitpick is the little scrap of a poster to the top left . It's a good tip about asking around the police and the military.

Very nice! Great subject and a great moment, and beautifully captured with perfect light and sharpness. It would be nice if there was something more in the right side of the frame. Still a very pleasing photo.
