"Apparition" in Salamanca´s Catedral!!!
I toke this one hoping that it would give a "phantasmagoric" look of the structure...This you see is the upper part of some glass tubes about 1,7m high, each one with an image of a saint (I don´t remember wich one :( ) The all tubes structure has a cross design and was located near the catedral entrance...I underexposed a bit so that it could have more contrast and give the saint a more "angelical\apparition like" look

Your note is very interesting and places this sculpture into perspective. It is rather odd to have images of saints in glass tubes, which rather look like glasses. It seems a little like the concept of decanting within the 'brave new world'. Your image is unsual but I am not sure that you have neccessarily captured an apparition; it does have a reasonably good depth of focus and colours.

I thinks this is a great image. The note was very interesting aswell.
The subject is unusual and interesting. I like the composition and especially the light - fantastic.
I really like that focus lays on the glass in the middle and the other ones get more and more blurr. Original and very well captured!

I never would have guessed the scale. Nice job capturing this image of this artwork. Nothing distracting in the shot at all. Great.

I like the abstractness of your shot.
but aren't you kidding as usual ??
at the thumbnail I thought they are chips in the glasses,really !I'm just curious///;-)

Inyeresante foto, muy original y la verdad es que a mi me guata hacer este tipo de fotos, mas misticas y un poco fantasmagricas, esto hace que la gente se detenga mas a verlas ya la ller tus notas las haces mas interesantes.
