Photographer’s Note
The Abbey of Fécamp. That town was around the 12thC a very important city and residence of the Dukes of Normandy. Guillaume the Conqueror made the monks here very rich by giving them lands in England. Richard I and II have their graves in this abbey.
The picture was taken from the ruins of their castle, at dawn.
It is a 1 minute exposure.

Nice picture unfortunately the lights from the streets and the one reflected on the wall take very much of the mysterious apspect.But I like the composition very much.
